What is the difference between force and perseverance? . . Often times we mistake the two for the guise of “hardwork.” Perseverance might call upon your attention for the long haul but not at the cost of your boundaries and joy. In this way, you are able to maintain your wellness, caring for body-mind-soul while holding space for the situation. You continue on the path because you believe in its purpose and it fits into your vision with alignment. Force crosses boundaries for you and all involved. You might find yourself saying things like “I have to...” and “I should...” These things compromise your beliefs, values and wellness, ultimately externalizing your power instead of being sourced from within. . . Ask yourself these questions for help in navigating this: Does __ support my beliefs, my values and my wellness? Can I retain my authenticity by engaging with ___? Is there a reciprocal exchange of energy happening? Does this bring me joy? Does it feel good to me? Am I pursuing this out of guilt, shame, or obligation? Do I feel resentful, undervalued or just plain uninspired?

Looking at this photo, I remember the things I thought then, felt then, and what I was aspiring to do. I am here now in the future of this past self’s mind, embodying the things she set out to be. These platforms have been so useful in connecting to soul family around the world! And I’ve loved ALL the friends I’ve made and soulmates I’ve rekindled with. But at this time it seems to fall short. Especially for where I am sensing our collective wishes to go. . . I’ll be sharing here but less so that new horizons can be risen. And I’m going back to basics a bit. Happy Friday the 13th & Harvest Moon in Pisces! . . Our full moon peaks at 9:35pm PST this evening, bringing with her an infusion of dream-filled, yet action-oriented vibrations. What are you dreaming up today? Does it serve you in the highest ways? Or do you find yourself sacrificing one thing or another? This lunation offers the awareness of fluidity between realms. How do the watery, intuitive, and etheric interplay with the tangible, crystallized and earthly? To me, Virgo Sun and Pisces Moon tend to highlight where we might be camouflaging, getting lost in the details or the big picture and perhaps where we might be dissolving others' voices and perspectives into our own without even realizing it, creating a cocktail of intoxicating illusion or deception. With both signs, there can be a tendency to fall into martyrdom. Take a breath. What is you and what is another? In another version of this Virgo-Pisces dance, it may be useful for seeing where we ARE part of the whole, how unified all things are, and how our essence may be in service to the collective in its raw form. The seeds of dreams buried deep in the subconscious may be inspired to germinate with this illumination, helping one to R I S E through it all. . . Every celestial alignment interacts differently with the individual. Fortunately we always have choice and although Pisces can feel very this or that, one way and then the next, the beauty here is the power in changing your mind. You CAN change your mind and Pisces encourages you to do so, given you check in with your heart. 🌸Flower Story Time 🌸 . . On our wedding day, @nicole_adriana_casanova facilitated the most majestic and gorgeous flower ceremony. The blessing of that moment brought so much in for our union, our family but also ME individually. I could sense a refined attunement happening with soul pieces returning. I didn’t know how it would all unfold—but perfectly so, I didn’t need to know. . . Over the last (almost) 2 years, soul codes have unraveled and bloomed in my life, placed in my field in that ceremony, waiting for the divine moment to come to consciousness. Each time the awareness blooms, I’m reminded of how blessed I am to be in partnership but also the relationship I have with my self. . . My life has become a flower song—I hear, I see, I think, I dream in flowers...their language is my language. And their medicine harmonizes with all of the modalities I’ve trained in. 🌸 In a book by Leslie Zehr, she mentions how flowers are part of the second dimension, how they pull us in, and attract us to their medicine because they are rooted where they are. When we go to take in their fragrance, they envelope us in their auric field while their light fills our nose, reaching our pineal gland then further moving in our auric bodies. How nurturing and supportive is that?! I’ll always think of this like getting a flower hug. . . I am in apprenticeship for flower medicine to take my learning and study deeper. But I’ve been crafting for nearly 5 years now. The energy of the planet is being filtered by all of us in different ways. What flower essences can offer is vibrational healing for the thoughts, emotions and awarenesses coming up without contraindications for the physical body. There is no plant matter to interact chemically, just vibrational imprints of the flower DNA 🧬. So it’s 100% safe and very effective. The wisdom of each flower is unique and that’s part of the magic. These Ruellia flowers or wild petunias have popped up in my rose garden this season. What’s interesting is that their height and foliage offer shade and protection to the roses so that they can also flourish without the sun scorching them. They reminded me that the wild c a n grow in harmony with the cultivated pieces of ourselves. There is more than enough space to support all of it, we just have to let it in. 🧚‍♀️ #languageofflowers
