Girasol means “turning to the sun” in Italian. Planted by seed with my Nonna Anna and son, Olivander. These are the Hopi Black Dye variety.

Sunflower balances the left and right meridians, the ida and the pingala (feminine and masculine). It helps to bring balance in the root chakra, creating a safety in one’s own power. This essence is adept at helping one to rise into confidence, courage and ambition as one may step into new leadership or service roles.
